Jerry Alan Greene was born
October 19, 1976 in
Smithtown,
NY.
At 7 years old, he moved to
Old Bridge, NJ and most
recently moved
to San Antonio, TX at the age of 23.
Jerry started learning music at the age
of 13. He studied piano with Demitrius
(Jimmy) Bychkowski of East Brunswick,
NJ and clarinet with high school teacher,
Joseph Kaschak.
Playing in many different ensembles,
throughout his high school years, he
decided on a career in music.
In Fall of 1994, Jerry started
his college
education at
Montclair State University,
in NJ.
At MSU, he studied music composition,
arranging & orchestration with two
distinguished composers, Dr.
Mario Oneglia
and Dr. Gerald Muller.
From his college years to the present day,
he teaches private music lessons in piano, voice,
clarinet, saxophone, flute,
piccolo, trumpet,
baritone, violin, guitar, bass & drums as
well as the many different aspects of notation,
composition, songwriting,
orchestration & arranging.
In 1998, Jerry graduated witha bachelor's degree in Music Theory/Composition.
Now living in San Antonio,
Jerry (at the age of 28) is
involved in many different
aspects of the music,
multimedia & publishing
industries, hence the name
of his company:
JAG Music,
Multimedia & Publishing.
As of October 2000, Jerry
has been working as a piano
technician for the three
major
piano companies in the San
Antonio area, and all
throughout central TX, while
working with music,
multimedia & publishing from
his home studio.
He has tuned pianos for some
major acts including:
Ronnie
Milsap, Jim Brickman, Lyle
Lovitt, Arturo Sandoval, Marian
McPartland and more... He has
also been a regular tuner for the San Antonio Symphony Orchestra.

Jerry’s recent focuses have been
on writing commercial songs in the
country & pop genres, developing
his publishing company, teaching
music privately, and creating full
audio productions for media/video games (orchestral score, sound
effects, voice-overs).
